Description

You will own the automated end-to-end system testing of capabilities for network devices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement testing methods, equipment, plans, and scripts for functional, regression, and deployment testing.
• Execute component and system integration level testing on complex software products.
• Analyze and diagnose product failures through failure, throughput, and yield analysis.
• Coordinate with development and requirements teams to ensure all technical specifications are satisfied.
• Manage test area parameters, schedules, and equipment to ensure product reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in component and system integration testing for complex software.
• Proficiency in Python, Ruby, C, C++, or Perl.
• Experience with network protocols including TCP, IP, UDP, HTTP, DHCP, and DNS.
• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Windows NT, UNIX, and Linux operating systems.
• Experience supporting network hardware such as bridges, switches, routers, gateways, and hubs.
• Ability to install, configure, and use host and network-based firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
• Experience in IT engineering labs loading, installing, and maintaining commercial off-the-shelf IT equipment.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineering or a related field.
