Description

You will lead a small team in the design, development, and maintenance of application architecture components.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and oversight for coding, unit testing, and code reviews.
• Design and develop application architecture components ensuring performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure technical compatibility.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by addressing defects and transitioning components.
• Maintain technical documentation including system designs, specifications, and testing records while adhering to security coding practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development and programming experience.
• Expertise in COBOL and AS400 RPG.
• Proficiency with SQL and DB2.
• Experience with Remittance Applications and ALBON.
• Proven ability to lead teams and conduct code reviews.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to logically decompose complex issues.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AS400 technologies.
• Knowledge of SWIFT and Local RTGS applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal assistance.
