Description

You will serve as the Systems Architect for large-scale, high-visibility applications, owning the design, coding, and performance tuning lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-level architecture and component interactions for enterprise software systems.
• Execute expert analysis, reengineering, and implementation of business applications.
• Provide performance analysis, tuning, troubleshooting, and capacity planning.
• Implement backup and recovery strategies and phased conversion planning.
• Design methodologies for data synchronization between operational data stores and data warehouses.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience making high-level design choices and dictating technical standards.
• 7 years of experience with Government Taxation organizations, specifically Tax & Revenue Accounting Systems.
• 7 years of experience designing DB2 or IDMS database structures for enterprise taxation or revenue systems.
• 7 years of experience with IBM DataStage.
• 7 years of experience with IBM DB2 for z/OS and IBM DB2 for LUW using XQuery.
• 7 years of experience with Websphere Process Server design using JMS trigger queues, XML business objects, and multi-platform services.
• 7 years of experience with IDMS and DMLO in a mainframe environment.
• 7 years of experience with COBOL programming in an IBM Mainframe Environment using TSO and MVS JCL.
• 7 years of experience with IBM MQ Series, CICS, and APS.
• Proficiency with SQL, Java, MQ Series, VSAM, Unix scripting, DBI performance tools, ERwin, and z/OS.
