Description

Lead the analysis, development, and testing for DMV modernization and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create and analyze current systems, document workflows, and gather user requirements.
• Produce design documents, functional specifications, and logical data models.
• Own the coding, debugging, unit testing, and integration testing of all requirements.
• Assist with QA and User Acceptance testing to ensure adherence to program standards.
• Migrate source code to repositories and publish applications across different environments.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience making high-level design choices and dictating technical standards.
• 7 years of experience with COBOL, CICS, JCL, and EZTrieve on z/OS 4.2.0/V3.2 or above.
• 7 years of experience with DB2/SQL version 10 or above.
• 7 years of experience in Software Design, including prototyping and logical data modeling.
• 7 years of Business/Systems Analysis, including UML modeling via Visual Paradigm or Visio.
• 4 years of experience converting COBOL to C#, .NET, or Java.
• 4 years of SOA development using XML and SoapUi/WSDL version 3.5.1 or above.
• 7 years of debugging experience using CA-Interest or equivalent.
• 7 years of Source Management experience using Endevor and TFS/Source Tree.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications or relevant degrees.
