You will be a COBOL-AS400 developer focused on system maintenance and enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand functional and technical requirements.
• Work with business and capability teams to refine requirements.
• Guide the team and perform hands-on development.
• Partner with team members to build efficient solutions.
• Identify opportunities to optimize existing applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on coding experience in COBOL AS400 and/or Cobol ILE.
• Proficiency in Iseries, COBOL, AS400, Ile, Cobol/400, Clle, and SQL.
• Experience working with ACMS/MOM.
• Strong exposure to DB2400.
• Experience leading teams in an onshore/offshore model.
• Participation in Agile/Scrum development process.
