Description

You will maintain and enhance COBOL-AS400 systems through hands-on development and technical guidance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze functional and technical requirements with business and capability teams.
• Perform hands-on development to refine and implement solutions.
• Guide the team and partner with members to build efficient systems.
• Identify opportunities to optimize existing applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on coding experience in COBOL, AS400, and/or Cobol ILE.
• Proficiency in Iseries, COBOL, AS400, ILE, Cobol/400, Clle, and SQL.
• Strong exposure to DB2400.
• Experience working with ACMS/MOM.
• Experience leading teams in an onshore/offshore model.
• Participation in Agile/Scrum development processes.
