Description

You will manage COBOL compiler upgrades and validation processes within a mainframe environment.

Responsibilities

• Upgrade COBOL compilers and associated mainframe systems.
• Perform testing and validation of compiled code to ensure accuracy.
• Provide detailed testing results to the Quality Engineering team for final validation.
• Document and communicate testing outcomes clearly.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mainframe environments.
• Expertise in Z/OS IBM COBOL.
• Proficiency with IBM Job Control Language (JCL).
• Experience using Endevor Source Management.
• Hands-on knowledge of CICS COBOL.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
