Description

You will manage application development and production monitoring within a mainframe environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production mainframe programs and perform error diagnostics and debugging.
• Execute system analysis, design, and integrated testing for real-time transaction programming.
• Lead development staff and coordinate project activities between team members and users.
• Manage the full application development lifecycle in a mainframe setting.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with COBOL 74 and/or COBOL 85 on Unisys 2200 series or ClearPath mainframes.
• 7+ years of experience utilizing Unisys ECL, TIP, and DMS 2200/RDMS.
• 5+ years of experience in real-time transaction programming using structured techniques.
• 5+ years of experience managing development staff and coordinating project activities.
• 5+ years of experience managing application development in a mainframe environment.
• Proficiency in COBOL, ECL, and Mainframe systems.
• Experience with Systems Analysis and VSAM.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree.
