Description

You will design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications while providing L2 production support.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mainframe applications using COBOL, DB2, VSAM, and JCL.
• Manage L2 production support, troubleshooting issues and providing resolutions for mainframe applications.
• Support development and testing environments to facilitate application deployment.
• Utilize Broadcom tools including CA7 and Endevor for job scheduling, version control, and application management.
• Conduct code reviews and participate in system testing to ensure deliverable quality.
• Document technical specifications and maintain records of system configurations and changes.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in mainframe development and support.
• Proficiency in COBOL, DB2, VSAM, and JCL.
• Experience with Batch processing.
• Hands-on experience with Broadcom tools such as CA7 and Endevor.
• Knowledge of core acquiring and processing business domains, including client settlement, interchange settlement, clearing/funding, billing, and disputes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
