Description

You will develop and maintain COBOL applications on Linux, integrating services via SOAP/REST APIs and managing relational databases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions using COBOL within Linux environments.
• Integrate services using SOAP or REST APIs with XML and JSON data formats.
• Manage and interact with relational databases, preferably Oracle.
• Write and maintain code in C.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of COBOL development experience on Linux.
• Proficiency in C programming.
• Experience with relational databases, preferably Oracle.
• Working knowledge of Unix environments.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP or REST APIs.
• Ability to work with XML and JSON interchange formats.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS or other cloud technologies.
