Description

Maintain and enhance legacy Personal Lines (PLO) and Commercial Lines (CPS) applications for the Auburn Hills, MI-based legacy systems team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance PLO and CPS applications using AS400 COBOL.
• Perform backend processing and data integration using IBM Green Screens, DB2, and SQL.
• Support modernization efforts and hybrid system requirements.
• Collaborate with underwriting and agent-facing teams in an Agile setting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AS400 COBOL.
• Strong proficiency in DB2 and SQL.
• Experience with P&C insurance domain, specifically PLO and CPS.
• Familiarity with CGI Ratabse (Rating Engine).
• Knowledge of Automatic Rate Loading (ARL) tools.
• Exposure to Java (WebSphere and Tomcat).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with legacy system modernization.
