Description

You will develop production-grade applications and services within Mainframe environments. You will lead multiple teams consisting of at least five members each.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production-grade applications on Mainframe platforms.
• Lead multiple teams of at least five members.
• Test and deploy code across various test and production environments.
• Manage release pipelines and utilize IBM utilities for deployment.
• Operate within Agile and Scrum frameworks to deliver software.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in COBOL development.
• Hands-on experience with JCL, DB2, and CICS/IMS DB DC.
• Proficiency with REXX tools and IBM utilities.
• Experience leading teams of 5 or more members.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing code testing and deployment cycles.
• Understanding of release pipeline processes.
• Any Graduate degree.
