Description

You will develop and maintain legacy financial applications using COBOL, managing the full lifecycle from development to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using COBOL and SQL.
• Write and manage JCL scripts for job control using Korn Shell.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for version control and task management.
• Handle large data files within the BFSI sector.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in COBOL development.
• Strong proficiency in COBOL 85.
• Expert knowledge of Korn Shell scripting for JCL.
• Proficiency with SQL for data querying.
• Experience working with large data files.
• Familiarity with the BFSI sector.
• Experience using Azure DevOps.
