Description

You will manage end-to-end development and maintenance for reward processing systems, including Premier Loyalty Platform and Legacy Rewards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and design to code changes, unit testing, and production installation support.
• Manage production releases, handling both project enhancements and stakeholder service requests.
• Execute batch monitoring during on-call rotations to ensure SLA compliance across production, QA, and CAT cycles.
• Resolve batch cycle issues, implement permanent fixes for recurring problems, and optimize job performance.
• Support release activities by verifying that new changes do not impact existing batch runs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Mainframe development.
• Expertise in COBOL.
• Proficiency with JCL and DB2.
• Experience using DFSort utility and CA7.
• Familiarity with File Manager.
• Experience working with Jira, ServiceNow, and Kanban methodologies.
• Ability to handle ad-hoc data, query, and file requests from business stakeholders.
