Description

You will develop, maintain, and enhance COBOL applications to meet business and performance requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage database interactions using DB2 and handle file processing with VSAM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues through necessary fixes.
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate COBOL applications with existing systems.
• Prepare technical specifications, user manuals, and detailed project reports.
• Apply project management tools to ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in COBOL programming.
• Extensive experience with DB2.
• Extensive experience with VSAM.
• Strong project management and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in technical documentation and writing user manuals.
• Experience using project management tools for tracking and reporting.
• Any Graduate degree.
