Description

You will design, program, and implement software solutions for new and existing business applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and code complex systematic solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Perform exhaustive unit, integration, and system testing for all software implementations.
• Provide production support, including on-call availability to maintain system availability and performance.
• Mentor less experienced team members and support daily production maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2.
• Expert technical knowledge in COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, FTP, VSAM, TSO/ISPF, and QMF.
• Experience managing and monitoring IDMS databases for optimal performance.
• Proficiency with Mainframe/COBOL languages and database management.
• Experience using Project Management tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.

Preferred Skills

• Assembler knowledge.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies.
