Description

You will maintain and analyze mainframe applications within a financial services environment.

You will own the release pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing COBOL programs to extract and articulate embedded business rules.
• Write and maintain code using COBOL, ECL, and JCL.
• Communicate technical plans, strategies, and designs to stakeholders at all levels.
• Maintain high accuracy and data confidentiality during development and analysis.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with COBOL programming.
• Proficiency in ECL and JCL coding.
• Hands-on experience with Mainframe environments.
• Ability to perform deep code analysis on legacy systems.
• Working knowledge of database applications.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL.
• Knowledge of insurance and financial services products.
