You will manage mainframe projects and maintenance for the Vantage RPS product, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage mainframe projects, maintenance, and support tasks for the RPS product.
• Interact directly with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain and update existing COBOL-based systems to support Repetitive Payment System operations.
• Apply technical mainframe expertise to ensure system stability and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in mainframe development.
• Strong functional understanding of RPS (Repetitive Payment System).
• Proficiency in COBOL programming.
• Experience with Easytrieve for data processing.
• Expertise in JCL for job control and execution.
• Knowledge of VSAM for data management.
• Experience with CICS for online transaction processing.
• Experience with IMS for database management.
• Ability to work onsite in Windsor, CT.

Preferred Skills

• Experience bridging technical execution with business stakeholder needs.
