Description

Maintain and manage legacy systems using COBOL and JCL within Linux and Unix environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain code using COBOL and JCL.
• Manage database operations and queries within Oracle.
• Write and execute scripts using Shell and PowerShell.
• Utilize Microfocus and Eclipse for development tasks.
• Maintain legacy systems in Linux and Unix environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in COBOL development.
• Proficiency with JCL.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle databases.
• Working knowledge of Linux and Unix operating systems.
• Ability to write Shell scripts.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Proficiency with Microfocus.
• Experience using Eclipse.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
