Description

You will develop and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, and DB2.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain high-quality COBOL code for mainframe environments.
• Develop and execute JCL scripts to manage batch processing and job flows.
• Manage data structures and file handling using VSAM.
• Perform database operations and query optimization using DB2 and SQL.
• Utilize Mainframe Utilities and File Manager for system maintenance and debugging.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience in COBOL and JCL.
• Strong proficiency with DB2 and SQL.
• Experience working with VSAM files.
• Hands-on experience with Mainframe Utilities.
• Working knowledge of CICS and MQ series.
• Experience using Endevor and TSO.
• Ability to work within an Agile framework.
• Experience using File Manager.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
