Description

You will own the development, production support, and maintenance of legacy software applications on the mainframe platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain code using COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2.
• Manage application lifecycle from requirement analysis and design through unit testing and implementation.
• Provide production support for mainframe applications, resolving issues in VSAM and DB2 environments.
• Utilize Endevor for version control and change management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mainframe development and production support.
• Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2.
• Hands-on experience with VSAM and SQL.
• Experience using Endevor for change management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident and problem management.
• Ability to use Eclipse and DB Visualizer for development and database tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
