Description

Develop and maintain core mainframe systems, integrating legacy COBOL applications with modern Java services and Postgres databases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using COBOL on the mainframe platform.
• Write and manage Job Control Language (JCL) scripts for job scheduling and execution.
• Integrate mainframe processes with modern services using Java.
• Maintain and query Postgres databases to support application data needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience in COBOL development on Mainframe.
• Proficiency in JCL development and maintenance.
• Working knowledge of Java programming.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Experience with Postgres DB.
• Familiarity with Kofax.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with any Graduate level education in Computer Science or related field.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Atlanta, GA.
