Description
You will develop and maintain enterprise applications using Microfocus COBOL.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise applications using Microfocus COBOL.
- Develop applications for Windows and UNIX platforms, including shell scripting.
- Write queries, packages, and stored procedures using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Handle multiple tasks while working independently within a team structure.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of software development experience designing and developing Enterprise Applications.
- Expertise in Microfocus Cobol development.
- Experience with Windows and UNIX operating systems.
- Proficiency in Shell Scripting.
- Strong experience with SQL and PL/SQL.
- Familiarity with Linux environments.
- Experience with Oracle 9i and Oracle 10g databases.
- Recent experience with Microfocus and PL/SQL is required.
