Description

You will develop and maintain complex systems on the AS/400 platform, owning full lifecycle delivery from requirements to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate directly with clients to clarify requirements and discuss technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to offshore teams.
• Contribute to the functional and technical technology roadmap.
• Collaborate across technology teams using continuous integration and delivery processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full lifecycle delivery of complex systems.
• 3-5 years of hands-on coding experience in COBOL AS400 or COBOL ILE.
• 4+ years of progressive programming experience leading web-based development projects.
• Proficiency in AS/400, COBOL/400, RPGLE, and CLLE.
• Strong experience with SYNON and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with JAVA and DB2400.
• Domain knowledge in the insurance industry.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .Net, Data, HTML, JavaScript, and Webservices.
