Description

You will lead a team of 10-20 coders to maintain high-quality outpatient and hospital coding standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, including monitoring absences and team performance.
• Conduct QA reviews and provide coding guidance to peers.
• Perform 1-on-1 coaching and educational teaching to address identified weaknesses.
• Draft policies and procedures to standardize coding workflows.
• Maintain a minimum of 95% accuracy and 95% completeness across all coding outputs.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of coding experience, including 1-2 years in a Team Lead role.
• Deep knowledge of outpatient and hospital coding practices.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in life science, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team of 10-20 members.
• Strong communication skills for effective team interaction.
• Experience in quality assurance and performance monitoring.
• Ability to act as a project leader and provide guidance in the absence of senior management.
