Description

Lead the product and software testing lifecycle, driving automation strategy and engineering excellence across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver automation frameworks, utilities, and processes to meet business objectives.
• Manage large Quality Engineering teams through mentoring, coaching, and regular performance evaluations.
• Define best practices and identify continuous improvement areas within the product development life cycle.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze processes and improve test strategy, infrastructure, and coverage.
• Lead client change programs from initial test strategy through to final delivery.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of Quality Engineering experience with 5+ years in engineering team management.
• Strong proficiency in automated testing using Cypress, Rest Assured, Postman, Selenium, Playwright, or Karate.
• Hands-on software development experience using Java and React JS.
• Experience building cloud-native solutions on AWS and developing microservices with Spring Boot.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Proven experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience implementing solutions using AI, ML, and GenAI.
• Strong background in recruiting, hiring, and managing software engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Domain experience within the Automotive industry.
