Description

You will manage and maintain the IBM Cognos environment, ensuring system stability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain IBM Cognos 11.x and 12.x installations.
• Configure, install, and upgrade Cognos environments.
• Manage content administration, including report and package promotion.
• Implement user security and access controls.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in support work with Cognos administration.
• Hands-on experience administering and maintaining IBM Cognos 11.x and 12.x.
• Proven experience with Cognos server administration, including installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Strong background in Cognos content administration.
• Ability to monitor system performance and implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with the full Cognos Admin skill set.

• Experience with advanced performance tuning and optimization.
