Description

You will design, develop, and deploy multi-dimensional reports and business intelligence solutions using the IBM Cognos suite.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business intelligence, ad-hoc, and operational reporting solutions.
• Maintain the central repository of enterprise assets, including dashboards, visualizations, and interactive reports.
• Monitor daily reports to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Implement advanced capabilities such as drill-through functionality, KPI scorecards, and geospatial analysis.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the development team across multiple projects.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of BI solutions.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience authoring and maintaining reports using the IBM Cognos suite.
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and relational databases.
• Experience with Oracle architecture and database design.
• Background in working with OLTP, OLAP, and high-volume transaction systems.
• 7+ years of experience working on complex projects, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

Preferred Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Experience with business reporting for IES programs such as SNAP, HEAP, Medicaid, PA, or TANF.
• Experience with Google BigQuery or Health & Human Services applications.
