Description

Lead enterprise-level business intelligence and planning solutions using IBM Cognos Analytics and IBM Planning Analytics. Own end-to-end BI delivery, from stakeholder collaboration to technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy BI solutions using IBM Cognos Analytics.
• Build planning, budgeting, and forecasting models in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical specifications and data models.
• Oversee report development and dashboard performance optimization.
• Mentor BI developers and enforce data governance standards.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Cognos Analytics (Reports, Dashboards, Framework Manager).
• Solid expertise in IBM Planning Analytics / TM1 (models, rules, processes).
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with data warehouses.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience leading BI teams or complex projects.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate technical concepts clearly.
