Description

You will drive dashboard development and data analysis within an agile environment to support financial reporting and data platform implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, ETL processes, and data models to provide business insights.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and custom BI analytics reports.
• Map business processes and requirements into actionable user stories.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to manage BI and reporting relationships.
• Execute testing and validation for relational database implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Cognos Analytics end-to-end tool stack.
• Strong expertise in SQL and relational databases.
• Deep financial accounting knowledge is required.
• Proven experience in dashboard development and data analysis.
• Proficiency in ETL processes and data modeling.
• Experience creating Crystal Reports.
• Ability to work within an Agile SDLC.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Oracle environments or Oracle GL is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• General ledger experience.
• Experience supporting Oracle GL cloud migrations.
