Description

You will lead business intelligence reporting and data architecture initiatives, focusing on Cognos frameworks and physical schema design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create ad hoc reports for internal BI teams and external customers.
• Collaborate with the Data Warehouse Architect on source system analysis, data profiling, and schema development.
• Design and develop normalized, star, and snowflake physical schemas.
• Partner with national and regional IT teams on the architecture and design of data repositories.
• Communicate technical solutions and information needs to management and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence and reporting roles.
• Expertise in Cognos.
• Experience with Data Warehouse architecture.
• Proficiency in snowflake schema design.
• Ability to perform data profiling and source system analysis.
• Experience developing physical schemas including normalized and star structures.
• Strong ability to translate technical solutions for business communities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience maintaining an information library to promote knowledge sharing among analysts and users.
