Description

You will manage and optimize the Cognos and Power BI reporting environment, ensuring efficient and secure operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the health, security, and performance of Cognos and Power BI environments.
• Diagnose and resolve daily operational issues within reporting tools.
• Create, maintain, and document reporting models, packages, workspaces, reports, and queries.
• Provide technical recommendations for software and hardware upgrades.
• Deliver knowledge transfer and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Cognos Framework Manager.
• 8+ years of experience in Cognos report creation and administration.
• 8+ years of knowledge regarding stored procedures, functions, operators, and SQL-based query subjects within Cognos models.
• 5+ years of experience creating Cognos dashboard reports.
• 2+ years of experience as a Power BI Administrator.
• 2+ years of experience in Power BI Reporting Development.
• Strong background in SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Crystal Reports.
• Key transportation industry knowledge.
