Description

Manage the administration, maintenance, and support of Cognos TM1 environments. You will own the release pipeline, incident management, and system performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 and L3 troubleshooting, diagnostic support, and incident management for service outages.
• Install, configure, and maintain base software, including patch and release management.
• Manage security, code migrations, and service request fulfillment.
• Monitor system performance, capacity, and utilization to identify storage or licensing issues.
• Handle backup, data recovery, and service restoration management.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Cognos TM1 administration.
• Experience with L2/L3 level troubleshooting and problem management.
• Knowledge of environment set-up and software configuration.
• Ability to manage capacity, users, data connections, and sources.
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization.
• Capability to provide 24x7 production system support.
• Skills in implementing and maintaining monitoring capabilities.
• Experience with audit task completion and change request implementation.

• Any Graduate degree.
