Description

You will develop and maintain web-based ColdFusion applications through an iterative prototype-user evaluation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Transform approved prototypes into functional ColdFusion applications.
• Develop design documents and SQL-driven screen prototypes based on user requirements.
• Implement applications following W3C specifications, ensuring accessibility for screen readers like JAWS and NVDA.
• Perform acceptance testing and incorporate changes prior to formal production release.
• Create detailed flowchart models, program documentation, and user manuals.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with ColdFusion and FuseBox 5 or newer methodology.
• 8+ years developing Oracle PL/SQL applications, including tables, constraints, and triggers.
• 8+ years of experience with data modeling, entity relationship diagrams, and SQL.
• 8+ years in web page user interface design and database concepts like referential integrity and data normalization.
• 8+ years of experience with internet security exposures and coding practices to prevent application hijacking.
• 8+ years of experience with data automation standards and systems administration technologies.
• 8+ years preparing technical documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to create PDF documents within ColdFusion.
• 5+ years of full-time experience in computer programming or systems analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing browser-based transaction and reporting applications using Javascript and Oracle RDBMS 13g RAC or later.
• Ability to coordinate and evaluate the work of others and explain abstract concepts.
