Description

You act as a subject matter expert bridging business processes and technical product implementation for collateral management systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and map them to product processes during early client engagement.
• Review solution alternatives, to-be process maps, and design deliverables for accuracy.
• Create detailed designs for large, complex engagements and guide team configuration.
• Collaborate with product vendors to resolve technical issues and secure client sign-off on requirement changes.
• Mentor lines of business on process design to ensure seamless integration with new IT solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Collateral IT processes within a Commercial Bank environment.
• Deep functional knowledge of the collateral lifecycle from data ingestion to UI and calculations.
• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on software development projects from initial request through post-production.
• Strong understanding of commercial banking collateral terminology.
• Ability to lead meetings with 20+ participants and negotiate technical resolutions.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in UI and UX considerations for business applications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
