Description

You will manage the installation, maintenance, and performance of the Collibra platform to support enterprise metadata management and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Own server patching, upgrades, maintenance, and performance management to ensure application availability per SLA.
• Coordinate testing with cross-functional teams for workflow certification after major upgrades and perform core server testing.
• Execute vulnerability remediation based on SecOps reports and manage certificate updates.
• Maintain metadata ingestion from Tableau and Databricks while managing user licenses and the "Right to Know" data governance policy.
• Provide L3 support, performing root cause analysis and coordinating with TechOps and third-party vendors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Collibra, including building proof of concepts and deploying data management solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in a managed services role or IT support.
• Proficiency with SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Azure and Azure Cloud.
• Knowledge of Databricks and Tableau.
• Understanding of Enterprise Metadata Management, MDM, Reference Data, and Data Governance.
• Familiarity with Business Analytics and data quality principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ITIL service management frameworks.
• Knowledge of application performance monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with Oracle databases.
