Roles and Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage Collibra workflows to support governed data processes.
• Implement and maintain data governance practices, including stewardship workflows and governance controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define governance requirements and operationalize them through workflow automation.
• Support data governance initiatives including data quality, metadata management, and policy enforcement.
• Develop and optimize workflow automation processes within the Collibra platform.
• Work with business and technical teams to improve governance operations and data management practices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot governance workflows and platform-related issues.
• Support integration and automation initiatives using tools such as Camunda where applicable.
• Maintain governance documentation, workflow configurations, and operational procedures.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise data governance standards and best practices.
• Participate in Agile-based project delivery and continuous improvement activities.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Collibra, workflow management, and data governance.
• Experience in implementing governance workflows and stewardship processes.
• Knowledge of workflow automation and governance operations.
• Familiarity with Camunda and automation frameworks is preferred.
• Understanding of metadata management, data quality, and governance controls.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience in enterprise data management and governance environments.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field
