Collibra Developer

You will act as the Collibra DQ product expert, driving adoption and optimization for both technical and business users.

Responsibilities

• Guide the setup, configuration, and optimization of Collibra DQ across the organization.
• Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching for Data Stewards, Data Owners, and Governance Analysts.
• Advise on data profiling, rule creation, threshold setting, and scoring methodologies.
• Partner with stakeholders to configure DQ dashboards, scorecards, and operational workflows.
• Develop documentation and enablement materials to support ongoing internal use.

Required Skills

• Deep hands-on experience with Collibra Data Quality in enterprise or large-scale deployments.
• Expertise in implementing data quality dimensions such as completeness, validity, and consistency.
• Proficiency in using Collibra’s rules engine and scorecards.
• Ability to train and empower non-technical business users.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for knowledge sharing.
• Capability to work autonomously in cross-functional environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Informatica Cloud Data Quality.
• Familiarity with Collibra Catalog, Governance, and Workflow components.
• Experience supporting data governance in regulated environments like finance or healthcare.
• Background in metadata-driven quality assurance or data lineage use cases.
