You will lead both advancement and sustainment efforts through structured project management strategies and comprehensive change management integration.

Responsibilities

• Apply structured project management strategies and tools based on specific project scope and complexity.
• Lead change assessments to define, document, and report on project-driven impacts and readiness.
• Manage the design and oversight of communication, training, and engagement plans.
• Identify key stakeholders and develop risk or resistance mitigation tactics.
• Partner with project teams and external organizations to align messaging and ensure project outcomes.
• Define, measure, and monitor project-specific success metrics.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project delivery, management, and methodology.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale program or system implementations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to tailor presentations to diverse audiences.
• Expertise in root cause identification and problem-solving.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and move teams toward a common vision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with active listening proficiency.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Skills
