Description

You will lead the implementation and customization of Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform, including storefront customization, product catalog management, and payment gateway integration.
• Develop e-commerce features such as promotions, discounts, and personalized recommendations.
• Integrate Salesforce Commerce Cloud with external systems for seamless data flow and omnichannel functionality.
• Monitor website performance and analyze key metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce with a focus on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Proficiency in Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA), Digital Store, and Einstein AI.
• Experience with website customization using HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
• Practical knowledge of server-side programming with Java or Node.js.
• Ability to use Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics for performance monitoring.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and security standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Commerce Cloud certifications such as B2C Commerce Developer or Administrator.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
