Description

You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to optimize commercial vehicle lending processes. Responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements from project inception through release. You will conduct process studies with business users to map workflows and identify operational gaps. Managing product backlogs, you will write user stories and participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives. You will execute functional testing and collaborate with business users to prepare and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Coordination with both technical and non-technical resources ensures project alignment.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Deep understanding of commercial vehicle lease and loan origination, servicing, end of term, collections, and remarketing.
• Experience with equipment and asset finance business processes and lifecycles.
• Background in fleet or inventory finance with large finance providers.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and lifecycle management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for articulating requirements to stakeholders.
• Experience in functional testing and UAT case preparation.
• 3 years of experience in commercial lending environments.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to commercial auto lending systems such as AutoIMS, DealerTrack, or RouteOne.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to commercial vehicle financing.
• Familiarity with data management and database systems including SQL, Oracle, or SAS.
