You will bridge business requirements with technical execution by managing offshore development teams and overseeing the full lifecycle of application enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for developers.
• Manage the development, testing, and deployment of new functionality and system enhancements.
• Own incident and problem management processes to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
• Document data flows between disparate systems and applications.
• Guide developers on ETL processes and reporting requirements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience, including P&C Insurance industry knowledge.
• Extensive experience with .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET, WCF, MVC, .NET Core).
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server and database management.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Oracle, and general database architecture.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and managing offshore resources.
• Experience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of Cloud and DevOps practices for hosting applications.
• Ability to manage incident and problem management workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
