Description

You manage commercial real estate transactions for the Real Estate Practice Group.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage preparation and processing of commercial real estate transactions from start to finish.
• Order, review, and analyze title documents, endorsements, reports, inspections, and surveys.
• Review and prepare contracts for the purchase and sale of real estate.
• Prepare easements, deeds, and other real property-related documents.
• Maintain critical dates for purchase and sale agreements, due diligence tasks, and client deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan and prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience with Paralegal and Commercial Real Estate functions.

Preferred Skills

• Large commercial law firm experience.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
