Description

You will manage the commissioning, qualification, and installation of bioreactors and downstream processing equipment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute FAT, SAT, and equipment qualification processes for bioreactors and downstream processing systems.
• Oversee the physical installation and validation of processing equipment.
• Manage utility systems including WFI, CIP/SIP, and HVAC within a biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Ensure all activities maintain strict GMP and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in commissioning, qualification, and installation.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of FAT and SAT protocols.
• Expertise in equipment qualification processes.
• Experience with WFI, CIP/SIP, and HVAC utility systems.
• Strong understanding of GMP and biotech regulatory compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with DeltaV or Allen Bradley PLCs.
