You will manage commissioning processes by bridging field operations and engineering responsibilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute commissioning activities for MEP systems across all trades, including installation procedures and tolerances.
• Manage commissioning levels 1 through 5, specifically within data center environments.
• Interpret contract documents, owner project requirements, drawings, specifications, and system schematics.
• Review MEP scopes of work and project schedules to ensure alignment with sequence of operations.
• Oversee Building Management Systems, including environmental controls and electrical power management systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of commissioning experience spanning both field and engineering roles.
• Deep knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
• Ability to interpret system schematics and sequence of operations.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Proficiency in environmental controls and electrical power management systems.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Construction Quality Management/Corps of Engineers Certification (USACE).
• ASHRAE Commissioning certification or in-depth understanding of ASHRAE commissioning processes.
