Description

You will support global ICT solutions by managing communication tools and video conferencing services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues for live video calls and support conferencing services.
• Schedule conferences and monitor performance via cloud administration portals.
• Test and deploy software and firmware updates to video codecs.
• Create internal documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials for MS Teams and Zoom.
• Participate in production integration for new sites and train local support staff.

Required Skills

• Currently enrolled in a postgraduate degree or final year of a first university degree.
• Familiarity with MS Teams and Zoom communication tools.
• Experience planning and executing in-person, virtual, or hybrid events within a large organization.
• Knowledge of IT engineering, networking, or computer science principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
• High level of organization with strict attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and meet project deadlines.
