Description

You will manage and support Cisco voice and telephony infrastructure in a hybrid capacity within Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM) environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot Cisco Unity Connection systems.
• Deploy and maintain Cisco ATA and Voice Gateways.
• Support network design requirements for communication systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in communications engineering.
• 1.5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM).
• 1.5+ years of experience managing Cisco Unity Connection.
• 1.5+ years of experience with Cisco ATA and Voice Gateways (VGs).
• Practical knowledge of network design principles.
• Must be local to Michigan for hybrid work requirements.
• Any graduate degree.
