Required Experience:

• Requires 2+ years of demonstrated experience and knowledge in compensation administration, including base salary administration, use of market surveys, job pricing techniques, job evaluation, variable pay design and administration, and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• CCP is desired.
