Description

You will manage the global sales compensation system, ensuring reporting accuracy and timely commission payouts. You own the monthly operational cycle from setup to payout.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly setup of commissionable participants, validating new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Run systematic processes to calculate commissionable orders in alignment with strict payroll deadlines.
• Perform monthly data audits and quarterly SOX audits to ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity.
• Monitor and resolve system errors on orders to maintain accurate data tracking.
• Investigate and resolve issue escalations and inquiries from sales teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant finance experience.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex data manipulation.
• Strong financial and operational planning capabilities.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving mindset with business acumen.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in both team and independent environments.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Xactly, SPIFF, Workday, and MS Access.
