Required Skills

• 8-10 years of global compensation experience, preferably in high tech/software.
• Experience with compensation program design and market analysis.
• Proficiency in Workday and Excel.
• Ability to model compensation outcomes and forecast trends.
• Proven ability to influence partners in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience handling confidential data with discretion.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
